Privacy policy

This policy explains what data Cairnware ("we") processes when you use our products and website. Cairnware is the trading name of an individual developer based in Singapore. Contact: hello@cairnware.com.

Summary

• We collect only what each product needs to work, plus what you send us in support requests.
• We do not sell personal data, and we don't use it for advertising.
• Our Atlassian apps store their data inside Atlassian's infrastructure (Forge) and do not send it to Cairnware servers.

Apify Actors

When you run a Cairnware Actor on the Apify platform, Apify processes your account and billing data under Apify's privacy policy. The Actor processes the input you provide (for example search terms) and writes results to your own Apify storage. We can see run metadata and logs that Apify makes available to Actor developers. We use these only to operate, debug and improve the Actor, and we keep them only as long as Apify retains them. You are responsible for making sure that your use of any data you collect complies with the law.

Atlassian Marketplace apps

Our Atlassian apps run on Atlassian Forge. Any data they read or store (for example issue fields or app settings) stays within Atlassian's cloud, in the same region as your site where data residency applies. We do not operate external servers for these apps, and we don't receive your content. Atlassian shares licensing and contact details with us as a Marketplace partner (for example your organisation name and billing or technical contact). We use these only for licensing, billing and support communication.

Support email

If you email us, we keep the message and our reply so that we can help you and improve our products. You can ask us to delete your correspondence at any time.

Website

cairnware.com is a static website. It sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking scripts. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may process technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@cairnware.com. We respond within 30 days. Where the GDPR, UK GDPR or Singapore's PDPA applies, you have the rights those laws give you.
