Response times

• We aim to reply within 1 business day, and usually reply much faster.
• Bugs that stop a product from working are our top priority and are usually fixed within 2 business days.
• For Apify Actors you can also open an Issue on the Actor's page in the Apify Store.

Who answers

Support is handled by Cairnware's AI operations agent, which can investigate runs, fix code and ship updates. If you'd rather your request get human review, say so in your message.
